Here are the questions you often ask us:

Q1: When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 2 business days.

It then takes between 6 and 15 business days for your item to arrive at your home.

During peak periods, it may take up to 5 days before shipment. Our parcels are delivered by Poste; we do not work with relay points.

Q2: My order is not complete

Since we have different storage locations and work with various manufacturers, you may receive your products in different packages. Therefore, don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.

Our average delivery times are 6 to 15 business days. Some packages may take a little longer.

However, if you still haven't received your package 35 business days after ordering, we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Q3: Can I cancel or modify my order?

We quickly process the orders you place, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@lyzarax.com.

Beyond this time, your items will already have been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.

Q4: The item I received is broken/defective?

Despite our stringent selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

In this case or in the event of a manufacturing defect, contact us at contact@lyzarax.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem (wrong/defective item, etc.)
  • A photo or video

You will not need to return the product and we will refund you directly the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you would like another form of refund, please let us know).

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods on our website: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Credit Cards.

Q6: Are my information secure?

To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure they are not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using SSL and stored with AES-256 encryption.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
